Arcus has been evolving and expanding throughout its thirty year history, but June 1st marked a new beginning; changing the practice's status from a Partnership to a Limited Liability Partnership.

For some time the partners have been developing a vision for the future, which will enable them to best manage and maintain their company's growth.

The outcome was a new company structure, which is far more stable and robust.

It is more dynamic, allowing new partners to be seamlessly integrated into the business with the minimum amount of red tape and paperwork.

As the 'Arcus Consulting LLP' accounts will also be published at Companies House, in a similar manner to that of a Limited Liability Company. Not only will this reassure current clients with a total transparency of performance, but it will also encourage new business in the expansion of works in the Housing and Commercial sectors.

Although this is a major shift in the company's status, it will have little or no interference with existing client relationships as the transition takes place from one organisation to the other. Current contracts can be reassigned by one simple letter, and all future contracts will be undertaken by Arcus Consulting LLP, trading as Arcus Consulting LLP.

This result is just one part of the company's constant process of self assessment and a measure of their commitment to deliver ever higher standards of service.
