The
partners and staff at Arcus send their congratulation to Daniel Roberts
on passing his Assessment of Professional Competence and gaining professional
membership to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Daniel originally joined the practice in August 2000 as one of our year
outs. After graduating from Salford University with a BSc (Hons) in Building
Surveying, Daniel took up full time employment with Arcus based in our
Manchester office.
"We are delighted for Daniel in achieving his goal of becoming a Chartered
Surveyor. Daniel's commitment and enthusiasm together with our RICS structured
training plan has assisted in his early achievement and is particularly
satisfying for the practice after recognising Daniel's potential during
his year out training from University". Clive Sellers, Managing Partner
Acting as Project Manager, Daniel's recent projects include the successful
delivery of a £1m refurbishment and remodelling scheme on an estate in
Droylsden for New Charter Housing Group and a £0.5 adaptation scheme on
a special needs centre in Burton-on-Trent for The Carr-Gomm Society.
Outside work Daniel relaxes by playing five-a-side, running and flexing
his muscles at the local gym.
Daniel's achievement marks the continued success of our graduate programme
at Arcus. With RICS trained assessors employed throughout our offices
we appreciate more than most the need to provide a comprehensive training
programme to assist our staff in realising their full potential
