It is with great pleasure that the current Partners of Arcus Consulting LLP announce the promotion of Mr Andrew Greenwood MRICS, to Partner with effect from 24 October 2005.

The Partners see this as a positive move for the business and one which will help streamline the future of the Company in the way we wish to manage and run our business.

Andrew, an employee with the Practice since 1988, has been responsible for delivery of our large Stock Transfer portfolio for many years, with his work in this area commencing in 1998 with the Limehurst Estate, Oldham. Since then Andrew has assisted the Practice in the delivery of over £60 million Stock Transfer work, as well as contributing to the growth of the Manchester Office in this period.

During his time with Arcus, Andrew has worked from both the Leeds and Manchester offices, working for both Housing and Commercial clients. He also undertakes the role of Continuing Professional Development Manager for the Practice, organising at least three seminars annually, to ensure that the training and knowledge of our staff is of the highest calibre.

Andrew has, in recent years, embraced the Partnering ethos, introducing the principals to many of his Clients. In addition Andrew has assisted with the development of our Practice Partnering policy and Best Value Statement.

It is with great delight that the Partners welcome Andrew to the Board, as we know Andrew will provide a significant contribution to the Business in the coming years. We trust that all our clients, business associates and friends will join us in congratulating Andrew on his promotion and give him all the necessary support needed as he moves into a more challenging role within the business.
